Step-by-Step Action Plan
Step 1: Block the abusive account immediately.
Step 2: Take screenshots of the abuse, threats, and the user's profile URL.
Step 3: Report the account to the platform (Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Step 4: File a complaint on the National Cyber Crime portal or at your local police station.
Step 5: If there is a physical threat, file an FIR immediately.
